Giano is a rapper who writes rhymes about things bigger than himself. “It’s not about the fame, cuz if that’s the case, then we’re really barking up the wrong tree!” Rejecting braggadocio, Giano focuses instead on an uplifting message of God’s love. “The love He has for us is immeasurable, incomparable to anything we could ever experience.”

With that message, Giano brings a purist Hip Hip sound, relying on beats that are at times upbeat and uplifting, and at other times soulful and introspective in tone. Giano’s flows are tight, and his delivery is confident, seemingly driven by a strength of faith.

Giano has been making music since the age of 11, when he recorded his first “basement demo.” Between the ages of 12 and 18 Giano performed at talent shows and freestyle battles, and on mix tapes and demos with local DJs in Orlando, FL. In 2006 he released his debut album, R.O.M. 7 (Reason of Ministry) and then in 2007 he released the EP, B-Sides & Remixes, Volume 1. Today, April 7th, Giano is releasing his sophomore album, Beautiful World.

Giano states that the record “represents a Christian’s observation of the beauty of the dichotomy of life – that we are all a result of the bliss as well as the woes of this world, always seeking for self-definition.”
