Zane Tate’s newest single, Escapism, is coming soon on Stilnovo Music:
Zane Tate’s debut release for Stilnovo also happens to be the American producer’s first Deep House EP. With a music background ranging from Downtempo to Drum and Bass, Zane’s music palette is certainly a rich one. The ‘Escapism’ EP, featuring the tracks ‘Escapism pt 1’ and ‘Escapism pt 2’ is the perfect soundtrack for a chilled late night, or for an afternoon poolside. The radio friendly tracks will quickly find their ways into many shows and we’re sure will make excellent warm up material for many dreamy sets.
Out now on Stilnovo Music is the Deep and Tech House EP called Night Motion , and it’s by Latvian producer Artie Flexs.
If you’re just discovering Flexs and his music, here’s more info from his label bio:
In 2009 he released his first production for the Ukrainian label Bashi Records, then shortly afterwards came his debut for Lost My Dog Records – highly praised by MixMag and supported by many key industry players and radio stations alike. Remix requests came in quickly, including work for Latenight Society as well as the release of his acclaimed debut album for Lost My Dog. Artie Flexs is today compared to artists like 2020 Soundsystem, Spirit Catcher and Motor City Drum Ensemble. Being such a young talent, Artie is surely one to watch for 2011.
Andy Compton has mixed Jazz, Nu Jazz, some Chill Out, and of course Deep House to come up with his new album Kholofelo. The LP is Comption’s first solo release after having produced Deep House music for more than fifteen years with his group The Rurals. Andy Compton’s Kholofelo drops May 24th, but it’s already receiving positive feedback. Osunlade calls it a “good album full of sweet soulful tunes.”
